Analyzing your current financial picture From your financial documents and through our interview of you, we are able to create a current financial picture. This is our starting point and provides the documentation in support of your petition that we can present to the courts. Understanding your historical cash flows, spending patterns and financial needs Once we have your current financial picture, we conduct an analysis of your past patterns of income and expenditures. Understanding this pattern is important in building reasonable budgets, recognizing financial needs and reorganizing your current financial situation to better cope with your new reality. Helping you reorganize your current financial situation By helping you to become aware of your financial patterns and understanding your current financial picture will provide you with an honest appraisal of what changes, if any, are required to begin your new financial life. We will work with you to help you be pro-active in taking the appropriate steps necessary to move forward. Financial planning (budget) We provide Budget and Financial Planning services to individuals and couples. Financial Planning services are important to everyone; not the least those who are divorcing. Testimony If and when called upon to testify, we are able to present the information we have worked with you and your attorney in a clear and understandable manner at trial if called upon to do so.
